Dear Participant,

Welcome to the 33rd Leuven Open. We are expecting you on November 10th in De Kring, Jozef Pierrestraat 60 in Leuven (Kessel-Lo).

You can find the list of participants and all other information on our website. We were not able to admit all players interested. There is still a list of reserve players.

Please be reminded that you have to show up at our registration desk in the tournament hall between 6pm and 7pm. The first round starts at 7:30pm.

If you cannot be present on November 10th and you want to take a bye for the first round, please let us know by mail before November 10th at 6pm the latest. In addition, if you want to take a bye on one or more other rounds, please also report this by mail and clearly repeat it when registering.

Players that neither show up on November 10th, nor request a bye for the first round, cannot participate and will not be refunded.

If you cannot participate in the tournament, please tell us as soon as possible, in order for us to contact a player on the reserve list. If you withdraw before November 3rd, we will refund you. If you withdraw at a later moment in time, we will refund only in case we can find a replacement.

We might take pictures during the tournament, to publish on our website. Please notify us if you don’t want a focused photo of you to be published.
